Even if your not thirsty, you need to drink water and stay hydrated to avoid heat injuries. 2. Use sunscreen when outside. Sunburns hurt, and if burned enough, can be a factor in getting skin cancer. 3. When swimming, ALWAYS swim with a buddy, Make sure he/she knows where you are at all times. 4. TEXOMA COMES TOGETHER!

Since the storms that began May 19, and lasted through the 20th, and then again on may 31st, Texoma has come together. We truly are family. I have traveled the world, and this is the closest i have ever seen anybody get! I mean, strangers helping strangers, you dont know who they are, they just walk up and offer the hand. Biggest Loser Challenge

I am now a part of the biggest loser challenge with A Pair of Dice Nutrition. As a member of this challenge, I have committed to being healthy, eating right, and living right. Storm season is here! Are you storm ready?

As most of you know, when I have time, and the weather gets wild, I go spot /chase it! It is a lot of fun, and I AM TRAINED. If you do not have the proper training, it is not a good idea to go look for the danger, it will find you, and it can hurt you. Here are some storm safe tips. 1. Go to a sturdy building 2.
